Low Price Guarantee

If you find a lower price within 3 days of purchasing from Freeland Chevrolet, we will refund you 110% of the difference. Period. We are that confident in our prices.

For vehicles:

The Customer must demonstrate valid proof of the competitor’s total price in writing. “Total Price” includes all added administration fees such as dealer’s or document fees, as well as any other miscellaneous charges. “Competitor” refers to another car dealership that is either used or new in the United States. The comparable product or offer must currently be available for sale. The offer must also be verified by a Freeland Superstore Employee.

We will refund 110% of the difference between our price and the verified price, once the exact options have been reconciled and mileage adjustments are made between the two similar vehicles. We will account for differences in options by adding or subtracting the Manufacturer’s Retail Price for each option. Mileage will be reconciled using the difference between each vehicle’s standard mileage deductions as provided by the North American Dealer Association (NADA) Retail Value Guide.

For service:

The Service Low Price Guarantee requires valid proof in writing of the total price including all fees and charges on equal service by a competitor. “Competitor” refers to another dealership or business with vehicle service as its primary business function in the United States. The competitor’s service offer must be currently be available for purchase. The offer must also be verified by a Freeland Superstore Employee.

3-day Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase from Freeland Chevrolet for any reason, just return your vehicle to Freeland Chevrolet within 3 days for a full refund.

Some restrictions: The vehicle buyer(s) must bring purchased vehicle to the dealership within 3 days of delivery along with all paperwork. The General Manager must inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in the same condition as delivered with the exception of no more than 150 miles on the vehicle from the time of delivery. Once the vehicle is returned, passed inspection, and all monies paid to Freeland Chevrolet are confirmed, a full and complete refund will be completed.

No Dealer or Document Fees

The Freeland Chevrolet Superstore has no dealer, document, or processing fees. Most dealers in the Nashville market charge from $400 to $600 in additional dealer profit after the price is negotiated! NOT at our dealership: zero zilch, zip, diddly-squat, nada, naught, goose egg, hill of beans.
