Well Guys... We're officially believers! As I'm sure you know, dealing with car dealerships can come with its fair share of skepticism. My wife and I went into Freeland Chevy's used car department because of an ad we saw on line and within an hour, we'd purchased a vehicle from you. Our salesperson Darrell Meyer was friendly, knowledgeable and had nothing but great things to say about Freeland. On the way home, my wife and I simply couldn't believe that we'd bought a vehicle so fast and quite frankly were concerned that we'd made a mistake. That being said, we liked the vehicle and went home happy even though we were a bit stunned.
Over the next few days, we noticed a noise that could have been almost anything and we were concerned that on a high mileage vehicle, this could turn into a major expense. We weren't sure what to do so we emailed/called our salesperson Darrell who told us "Don't worry, we'll take care of it. We stand by what we sell." Of course we wanted to believe that so we did what he asked and brought the vehicle into the dealership where it was put into service and checked out. I have to be honest and say that we kept waiting for some "problem" but the only thing we got was pleasant customer service and the vehicle repaired to our satisfaction.
In this day and age, integrity and good old fashioned customer service seem to be a thing of the past but it certainly appears that Freeland Chevy wants to bring back the good old days! My wife and I are grateful for the positive experience that we had with Freeland and we look forward to sharing it with as many of our friends as we can.

On a personal note, I just want to say thank you. I purchased the Silverado from Team Chevrolet in Smyrna, which is now closed, and had a bad experience at another retailer we took the truck to before coming to you. I'm impressed with the fact that you welcomed us in, even though we did not purchase the vehicle from you. The other retailer implied that if we had purchased from them, they would have conducted business differently with us. Not what I wanted to hear. As a GM employee (unfortunately only until the end of November as the Spring Hill plant will close this month), I was embarrassed to know that they may have treated other customers the same way.
I believe that I will begin bringing the truck in for it's routine oil changes, and move my business to your store, along with any other maintenance issues we need.
Once again, thank you for treating us so well, and by the way.....the trucks runs great !!!

I want you to know how Pleased and Excited I am about my new Aveo. I have told everyone about Freeland and I will certainly be a returning customer when the times comes. Before I came to Freeland I had went down the road to Hickory Hollow Kia it was the WORST experience of my life. They tried everything they could to put me in a car that I could not afford it was like they thought I would be an easy person to trick into any deal. Before I ever went into their dealership I had spoke with them and told them what I could do price and payment wise I was told it wouldn't be a problem. However, when I got there they would not work with me at all. They tried everything from telling me to cut out the cokes I buy at work to finding out I had pets and asking me what would I do if one of them ever had to go to the vet urgently if the price they were offering me was going to break me that bad. I have never been so insulted anywhere in my life. When I left that dealership they told me they would try to find me something used and give me a call...I never heard from them again. My Best friend had seen your commercial on TV and told me to give you guys a try I'm so thankful that I did. From the first time I spoke with Lloyd he was Great! I told him what I could do and what I could afford. I came in and when the banks wouldn't work with me you all found a way and were able to put me in a safe reliable car that I absolutely LOVE I couldn't be happier. The time I spent in your dealership I watched all of your sales staff working with people and everyone was wonderful. There were people smiling everywhere and I personally never witnessed anyone being rude or disrespectful to anyone. You all have created a wonderful atmosphere and found a great staff to help people like me not only purchase a car but also get into to a car and not be over our heads. I would like to say how much I was surprised at my experience working with Albert to get into a car. I've worked on car lots and I've run a Hertz Car Rental Store in the past that was on a car lot as well. Most salesmen pressure you into buying what ever is going to pay them the most money. I've seen this happen allot. Albert helped me get into the type of car I was looking for and was very curteous and professional as well. Unbelievable. This dealership is the only one I would return to buy from again. Everyone there is like the owner and very much believe in Freeland Superstore right down to the tire cleaner. All are friendly, helpful, and want to make car buying pleasurable. I went in to look at vehicle I seen on-line, did not like and before leaving was shown another. With no sales pressure and a great saleman to help (Darrell) sold me on the dealer. I purchased the vehicle at a great price. And not afraid to return for help with anything.
